What is your role at the DIS?

I work as a Case Administrator in Case Management together with the counsels at the German Arbitration Institute. I am responsible for the administration and processing of arbitration cases.

What path led you to the DIS?

My path led me to DIS because I have the opportunity to contribute and develop my strengths and skills in the best possible way. The corporate culture and values represented here particularly appealed to me and I see this environment as an opportunity to develop professionally and personally. I also admire the commitment and professionalism of the team.

What do you particularly appreciate about your work?

What I particularly appreciate about the working environment at DIS is the inspiring and dynamic atmosphere. The company attaches great importance to innovation and progress, which leads to a motivating environment. Here I have the opportunity to contribute my creative ideas and work on exciting projects. Working with talented and motivated colleagues encourages creative exchange and allows us to develop innovative solutions together. DIS is also open to new technologies and approaches, which gives me the chance to continuously expand my knowledge and skills. Overall, the inspiring working environment at DIS makes me feel motivated and engaged every day.

What motivates you?

My work motivates me because I am challenged and I can continuously develop. I also appreciate working with talented colleagues.
